President of the Federal Supreme Court: The Court stands at the same distance from everyone

    The President of the Federal Supreme Court, Judge Jassim Muhammad Abboud, and a number of judges members of the Court, met on Sunday 24/3/2024, the President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, on Sunday in Baghdad.

The President of the Federal Supreme Court, Judge Jassim Muhammad Abboud, stressed that the Federal Court stands at the same distance from everyone, and its obsession is to work with the provisions of the Constitution and the law, pointing out that the issue of holding elections and delivering the salaries of employees in the Kurdistan region is one of the court's priorities.

Judge Jassim Mohammed Abboud added that the Federal Supreme Court is ready to work with all concerned authorities to accomplish these entitlements under the roof of the constitution.

For his part, the President of the Republic stressed that the stable security and stability enjoyed by the country represents an important achievement and a merit that should be preserved and consolidated as the basis for launching and achieving economic development, promoting investment and raising the standard of living and service for citizens.

The President pointed out that state institutions must strengthen their role and effort in serving citizens, relying on the law and the constitution, pointing out that democratic dialogue must be the path in solving the problems facing the relationship between the federal government, the Kurdistan region and the governorates, and that the law is the ruler in regulating this relationship.
