     On the occasion of the anniversary of the use of chemical weapons against our proud Kurdish people in Halabja province by the former repressive Baathist regime, as a result of which a large number of martyrs, men and women, old and young, and children died on the road to freedom and rejection of Baathist injustice and enslavement, and by this painful tragedy we must recall the high human and national values and great courage possessed by our Kurdish brothers throughout their previous struggle against the Baathist regime.

In such situations, we must recall the pains of sectarian repression by the tyrannical junta and be inspired by the bereavement of the martyrs of Iraq, Shiites and Sunnis, Arabs, Kurds and Turkmen, and from all components of the people, and be inspired by the darkness of the desecration of the holy cities and the south in the popular uprising, and remember the imprisonment of mass graves, marshes, Dujail, the massacres of Halabja, Barzan, Anfal, the Faili Kurds, the tragedies of the Turkmen in Bashir, the suffering of the people of the western region, like the rest of Iraq, from the liquidation of its leaders, presidents and sheikhs, and mercy and eternity for the martyrs of Iraq on the road to freedom and rejection Injustice and action for the people, the homeland, the vulnerable and the poor.
