Judge Medhat Al-Mahmoud's book (Explanation of the Executive Law No. (45) of 1980) was recently translated and published in the Kurdish language, the translation was carried out by the jurist Mr. Rebwar Muhammad Rashid in an elaborate and distinguished manner, thus adding a new contribution in the Kurdish legal library.
