The Federal Supreme Court issues a volume of its principles of judgments and decisions

On the 15th anniversary of establishing the Federal Supreme Court as the first constitutional and judicial court in the Iraqi state after independence, the court issued a volume on this occasion.

The volume includes the principles of judgments and decisions issued by it since its establishment in 2005 until the current year 2020, which numbered more than (2000) constitutional rulings and decisions. These principles were categorized in a manner that facilitates researchers for those concerned with legal affairs to refer to it, it is currently available in the discreet legal libraries.
