The federal supreme court announces the death of one of its members

 

The Federal Supreme Court conveys our heartfelt condolences on the passing of the retired judge Farouq AL-Sami, a member of the Federal Supreme Court, Our beloved had a very honorable judicial career before got appointed as a judge in our court. He was a judge at the Federal Court of Cassation. Also, he was the head of the court of administrative judiciary. He passed away due to incurable diseases. May God be merciful toward him and his soul rest in peace and may God grant his family and Fellowes forbearance and consolation. God we belong and to Him is our return
