The Federal Supreme Court held a memorandum of understanding between it and the Turkish Constitutional Court in Istanbul on Friday, 25/4/2025
The memorandum was signed on the sidelines of the participation of the President of the Federal Supreme Court in the constitutional scientific forum that took place in Istanbul on the occasion of the sixty-third anniversary of the founding of the Turkish Constitutional Court and in the presence of a large number of presidents of constitutional courts and councils and presidents of international courts, at the invitation of his counterpart Kadir Azukaya, President of the Turkish Constitutional Court
The MOU aims to enhance cooperation and joint exchange of information and expertise and to build institutional capacities in accordance with best practices in the field of constitutional law and constitutional justice"
