The President of the Federal Supreme Court receives the Prime Minister

        The President of the Federal Supreme Court, Judge Jassim Mohammed Abboud, received in his office today, 23/12/2024, Prime Minister Mohamed Shia Al-Sudani and his accompanying delegation.

The President of the Federal Supreme Court welcomed the Prime Minister, and the two parties discussed the role of the Court in consolidating the general principles contained in the Constitution, especially those related to the preservation of rights and freedoms, and cooperation between the authorities in order to serve the Iraqi people.

The two sides stressed the important role of the decisions issued by the Federal Supreme Court, through which it ensured the proper application of the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2005 and the achievement of constitutional justice.
