President of the Federal Supreme Court receives the Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives

   The President and members of the Federal Supreme Court received on Monday, 4/11/2024, the Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Mr. Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani, at the headquarters of the Federal Supreme Court.

The President of the Federal Supreme Court welcomed Mr. Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani and congratulated him on the occasion of his assumption of the presidency of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, and prayed to God to help him to the satisfaction of God to serve the country, and during the meeting they discussed the procedures for implementing the constitution and adhering to the limits of the constitutional competencies of the federal authorities, as the constitution is based on the principle of separation of powers and that the aforementioned separation is based on integration and cooperation, and this leads to building a correct democratic system based on the principle of peaceful rotation of power and participation. Everyone in political life leads to preserving the unity of Iraq and achieving the noble and lofty goal of building a modern civil state based on citizenship.
