Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Federal Supreme Court and the Armenian Constitutional Court

On September 12, 2024, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Federal Supreme Court and the Armenian Constitutional Court, which includes finding the necessary ways to develop cooperation in the field of constitutional justice, leading to benefiting from the mutual experiences of the two courts in the field of constitutional judiciary and in the field of administrative systems followed by them, leading to the development of their work, contributing to the development of constitutional justice, and establishing the principles of adherence to the provisions of the Constitution as the national document that includes the type of government system, rights and freedoms for the general public in order to protect it and not to be exceeded, and the two brotherly countries, the Republic of Iraq and the Republic of Armenia, have joint historical relations through which such cooperation can be developed.
