Dialogue sessions between Baghdad and the Russian Federation

Today, Tuesday, 28/5/2024, in the Russian Federation, a dialogue discussion session was held between the delegation of the Federal Supreme Court of the Republic of Iraq and the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, which dealt with the progress of work between the two courts, and what ways can be achieved through mutual benefit regarding the procedures for registering and considering cases until they are resolved, reviewing everything related to procedural and substantive aspects, standing on the competencies of the two courts, and working on the need for mutual workshops between them in order to benefit from all aspects. For both Courts, and to increase cooperation between them in the future, it was agreed to hold joint workshops between the two Courts.

The delegation also visited the President's Library, the museum located therein and the Russian National Library, and reviewed the Department of Oriental Manuscripts therein, and the most important contents of those manuscripts and documents.
