Federal Supreme Court takes a decision in 22 cases

The Federal Supreme Court announced the resolution of 22 of the constitutional cases and requests for July.
The correspondent of the "Judiciary" reported that the court issued several decisions in July, including its decision to dismiss the case numbered (50/Federal/2022) of the plaintiff Saad Kambash in the request to cancel paragraph (1) of the Diwani Order No. (450) containing (termination of the assignment of acting President Mr. Saad Hamid Kambash from the tasks of managing the affairs of the Sunni Endowment) and considering the termination of his assignment valid as well as ruling on the invalidity of what is stated in paragraph (2) of the Diwani Order (450)."
She added that "the court ruled to dismiss the case numbered (90/federal/2022) for lack of legal basis in it," pointing to "the resolution of the case numbered (94/Federal/2022) concerning the request to rule on the invalidity of the membership of the Representative (Ha Reem Kamal Khurshid) for the third district in Erbil province and the return of the seat to the plaintiff."
"The court dismissed the lawsuit numbered (73/Federal/2022) containing the plaintiff's request to rule on the invalidity of the membership of the Representative (Haider Ali Sheikhan Barbouni) and the right to occupy the parliamentary seat within her electoral district," she said.
She added that the court issued its decision to dismiss the case numbered (91/Federal/2022) concerning the request for a ruling on the unconstitutionality and illegality of rejecting the appeal submitted by the plaintiff (Thana Faraj Osman Al-Rubaie) to the Council of Representatives on 7/2/2022 and ruling on the invalidity and unconstitutionality of the Representative (Ghosn Hamid Attia Al-Fartoussi) nominated for Maysan Governorate First Circuit and replacing her with the plaintiff.
She confirmed that the court dismissed the plaintiff's lawsuit numbered (137/Federal/2022) regarding the request of the plaintiff (Fatima Abbas Fadel Wali) candidate for the elections of the House of Representatives for the first district in Basra province to oblige the defendant to work on Article (52) and enable him to obtain the parliamentary seat instead of the Representative (Alaa Sabah Ma’arie Al-Haidari
