The Federal Supreme Court judges that the decision of the Council of Representatives to accept the application for the nomination of Mr. Hashear Mahmoud Mohamed Zebari for the post of President of the Republic
The Federal Supreme Court on Sunday, 2022/2/13, issued its decision numbered 17/Federal/2022 which considered the Decision of the Council of Representatives to accept the application for the nomination of Mr. Hashear Mahmoud Mohammed Zebari for the post of president of the Republic and to cancel it due to the lack of conditions stipulated in article 68/3rd of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq 2005 because of the withdrawal of confidence from the Council of Representatives when he was Minister of Finance.
