The Federal Supreme Court announced the death of its member

 

The Federal Supreme Court announced the death of its member, the judge Abood AL-Tememi. He passed away due to incurable disease. Judge Abood had a glorious career in the judicial field. He was the head of Baghdad’s region appeal, the head of judicial supervision body before appointed on the Federal Supreme Court by a republican decree and based on the law of the Federal Supreme Court which issued by the national authority No.(30) in 2005.

We remember him fondly.
