The Federal Supreme Court launches “the procedures of initiating the constitutional case”

 

    The Federal Supreme Court had launched a data includes the procedures of initiating the case before it, emphasizing that this matter should corresponds to the efforts of spreading the legal and the constitutional culture.

The spokesman of the Court Ayass Al-Samouk said “the Federal Supreme Court had launched a data for initiating the constitutional case before it on the website (www.iraqfsc.iq) through the link (about the Court)”.

Al-Samouk added “the data which have the title (procedures of initiating the cases) clarifying the mechanisms of initiating the constitutional case, starting from the registration and passing through the notifications process till how to receive the judgment issued by the Federal Supreme Court”.

He pointed to “publishing these procedures are corresponding to the efforts of the Federal Supreme Court in spreading the constitutional and legal culture, also to enable all people to exercise their rights which the constitution stipulated in regardless of their posts. As well as to let the people viewing the work of the Court directly through its electronic gateway”.
