the judge Madhat AL-Mahmood meet the Egyptian ambassador

The head of the Federal Supreme Court the judge Madhat AL-Mahmood met, in his office on 24/12/2019, the Egyptian ambassador in Iraq Mister Alaa Musa. The judge Madhat AL-Mahmood said'' the Federal Supreme Court is keen on supporting the public freedoms, at the top of the list is the liberty of expression. The court confronted many life decisions through its competence, it issued provisions based on the Constitution in text and content.

The judge AL-Mahmood emphasized the importance of strengthing the cooperation between the Iraqi judiciary and Egyptian Judiciary in the Constitutional field and trading experiences in which get the public interest for both countries.

On his part, the mister Alaa Musa insisted on'' the importance of the Federal Supreme Court's role in Iraq and what it issued of provisions and decisions, he expressed that his country is ready to keep the cooperation in the Constitutional judiciary field.

the judge AL-Mahmood is the elected member in the executive office for the union of Arabic courts and Constitutional councils.
